What Burn the Fat Feed the muscle is not, is a weight loss program; rather it is a fat loss program that targets getting rid of the fat in your body.
Pros
One thing that you should know about this program is that it allows you to lose fat and keep it away. The trouble with most programs is that after sometime you gain back the weight that you've already lost and sometimes end up even fatter than when you started out. Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle makes sure that you stay the way you are even after. Another thing to note about Tom Venuto's program is that it allows you to lose body fat without wrecking your metabolism. This program teaches you how to prevent your metabolism from crashing and reaching a plateau so that you continuously burn fat.
There are also no drugs needed to be able to start with Tom Venuto's fat loss program. Drugs only give you temporary results and a handful of terrible side effects. This program is geared towards being all natural, which is a great thing. It's hard to find such a program nowadays.

While it's true that Burn the fat Feed the muscle program by Tom Venuto actually works, there is something that you need to remember. This program does not work overnight. It takes time to be able to see the fruits of your labor. Not only that, but you will also need discipline to be able to stick with it. There is however no need to worry about keeping your drive there, since Tom also includes a section on keeping yourself motivated.

If you ask me, I would surely recommend this book, if you want to lose the fat and keep it away. Though you may not see results the next day, the results that you get will be sure to last you a lifetime and that is the best part of this program.
